Continuing until approximately July 3, 2005, the M/V FRAN C will conduct dredging operations in the vicinity of Mile 414.0, LDB,
Spurlock Power Station. The contractor’s floating plant will consist of the M/V FRAN C and a barge mounted crane. Work will be
conducted from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The M/V FRAN C will monitor VHF -FM Channels 13 or 16. During
non-working hours, the contractor’s floating plant will be moored at the work-site and lighted accordingly. Mariners are urged to use
extreme caution in the area and proceed at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake.
