When we purchased our Tucker Boat nearly 3 years ago, we had a very difficult time finding any information about the manufacturer, Tucker Marine. I've been accumulating information about this boat builder and the wonderful old boats they built.
Hi Lynn- I think this is a great site. Why didn't we think of it.
ReplyDeleteMy name is Cindy (Tucker) Martin and I am Jess Tucker's favorite granddaughter:)I have some great old pictures I would love to send you if you like them. I have an origional business card from when Tucker Marine was first built and was on Wilmer Avenue. Keep up the great job on this and you are in my favorites so I can check back.
Thanks! Cindy
Hi Cindy,
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear from you! There's no reason you can't jump in and add to this body of information. It would be much easier for you to do a biography of your Grandfather than for me. Are you interested?
HELLO LYNN, WHAT A WONDERFUL STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE. TUCKER MARINE WAS MY PLAYGROUND GROWING UP. MY NAME IS BETH (TUCKER) COYLE. I AM JESS'S GRAND DAUGHTER, GORDON'S DAUGHTER, MIKE AND BOBBY'S NIECE, TOM AND CHRIS'S SISTER. LOOKING AT THIS WEB SITE REMINDS ME TO ALWAYS FOCUS ON MY DREAMS JUST AS MY "FAMILY" HAS ALL THESE YEARS. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HARD WORK YOU HAVE PUT INTO THIS SITE. WHAT AN AWESOME GROUP OF MEN AND BOATS YOU HAVE FOUND.
ReplyDeleteNice site Lynn, i just came across it while surfing the web. Love the old pictures. Keep up the posts.
ReplyDeleteThanks
Keith
